At Seabre, every order is carefully handcrafted and prepared with intention. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your products.
Processing Time
All orders are made and packed within 2 business days. During busy periods (such as launches or markets), this may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you are local, you may have the option to pick up your order. Details and instructions will be provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Seabre is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Once parcels are handed to the shipping carrier, delays are unfortunately outside of our control—but we will always help where we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
