Our Ingredients

At Seabre, we believe good skincare starts with good ingredients.

All soaps and balms are made using carefully selected natural ingredients that have been trusted for generations. We don’t fill  our products with unnecessary chemicals or ingredients that simply make a label look impressive. We believe simple is often best. We make our products in small batches so we can focus on quality, freshness and consistency.

Grass-Fed Tallow

Tallow is one of the main ingredients in our balms. Rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, it has a unique ability to nourish and soften dry skin. Its natural makeup is similar to the oils found in healthy skin, making it an excellent choice for people looking for deep, lasting moisture.

Calendula

Calendula has long been known as one of nature’s gentlest herbs. We slowly infuse calendula flowers into our oils over several weeks to create a soothing ingredient that is perfect for dry, delicate and hardworking skin.

Chamomile

Chamomile is valued for its calming properties. It complements calendula beautifully and is included in many of our products to help create gentle skincare suitable for everyday use.

Lavender

Lavender is loved for its clean, relaxing aroma. When infused into oil, it adds another layer of natural care while giving our products their soft, comforting scent.

Olive Oil

Olive oil has been used in skincare for centuries. It is rich in antioxidants and helps create creamy, conditioning soaps while adding nourishment to balms.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is lightweight, rich in vitamin E and absorbs easily into the skin. It helps leave skin feeling soft without feeling greasy.

Rice Bran Oil

Rice bran oil is naturally rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids. It helps support healthy-looking skin and adds a silky feel to our products.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil closely resembles the skin’s own natural oils, making it a wonderful ingredient for helping balance and moisturise the skin.

Raw Honey

Raw honey is a natural humectant, meaning it helps attract and retain moisture. It also gives our soaps a beautiful creamy lather.

Beeswax

Beeswax helps protect the skin by forming a breathable barrier that locks in moisture while still allowing the skin to breathe. It also gives our balms their smooth, firm texture.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is naturally rich and deeply moisturising. It helps soften rough, dry skin and adds a luxurious feel to our balms.

Natural Clays

We use natural clays to add colour, improve the feel of our soaps and gently cleanse the skin. We never use harsh detergents or unnecessary fillers.

Essential Oils

Where fragrance is used, we choose quality essential oils to provide a light, natural scent inspired by the Australian coast and countryside. We avoid overpowering fragrances because we want our products to feel as natural as possible.
